Customs charges in your country: –
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be liable for import duties. These are outside of our control and may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is your responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance. Individual country customs policies vary. For further information we recommend you contact your local customs office. International shipments may also be subject to customs inspections.

 

Delivery Policy

We will do our best to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. If there is a delay with the order we will let you know as soon as we can.

UK shipping will usually arrive next day but please allow for 2 to 3 days. If you have provided us with an email address, once your order is being prepared for shipping you should receive an email from our carrier with tracking details.

Please advise our customer service department of any order shortages or carrier damage as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we may be unable to help process your claim if the time elapsed is beyond 5 days.

 

Returns

Should you wish to return an item, please contact us in advance. We are unable to accept any items specially manufactured to your specification.

All returns are to be packaged well, preceded with a picture of the package and accompanied by your name, address, order reference, also the reason for return. We cannot accept responsibility for damage or parcels which are lost or undelivered. In this case we will be unable to accept the return request. Please retain your proof of postage in the event of the need to claim with your carrier.
