Description
Uprated exhaust manifold stud kit for TD5, designed to help eliminate studs breaking off in the cylinder head.
This is often due to manifold warping typically made apparent by a high pitched ‘squeal’ under heavy acceleration.
These studs are made with a higher grade material, are longer and are supplied with expansion spacers and new flange nuts .
The nuts should be tightened to 25nm (18lbf.ft).
We also recommend replacing the manifold to head gasket. Please see our part listing ASE08 or ASE09 for replacement gaskets.

Alternatively we sell the manifold, studs and gaskets as a package – ASE33.

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it without charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.
The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, and not a third party.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. Neither are we liable for any claims for workshop time, loss of earning, vehicle storage etc
Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to AlliSport Ltd, Aubrey’s Farm, Bromesberrow Estate, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 1RZ, UK.
All shipping for warranty must be pre-paid, suitably packed and insured and accompanied by reference to the original invoice. We cannot be liable for lost or damaged in-bound packages.

We have these produced in batches of a few thousand at a time, but it is the type of material and time putting kits together that adds to the cost I’m afraid. We are always looking for ways to offer the best quality parts at reasonable prices however.

This product is the answer to td5 stud problems. Unless you have studs cut and machine spacers there is no other comparable solution. When you actually look into the prices of custom hardware you realise how fair this price is. A very well engineered solution at a fair price.
