Designed and crafted at our UK workshop, hand built and fully TIG welded by hand in high grade corrosion resistant aluminium. No modifications required to install this product.
Over 25% better cooling than standard using our special controlled-atmosphere-brazed cores and optimum 12 fins per inch (FPI) for maximum cooling and minimum blockage.
Lighter than standard item, but designed to withstand the rigours of harsh environments likely to be encountered by Land Rovers. All pipe connections are swaged for pipe security and all our radiators are pressure tested before dispatch to 30psi. Aluminium radiators are preliminary designed for maximum cooling rather than .longevity
Non XL: The non XL version is an uprated direct replacement of the original.
XL: Extra Large Capacity high efficiency alloy radiator for all Land Rover 200Tdi models, 70mm wider than standard, includes integral oil cooler. Suitable for both Defender and Discovery vehicles fitted with our large front mount intercooler. Please see our uprated replacement radiator if you have an intercooler in the original position. Fits in original position using standard hoses. Some small modifications required to mounting frame, alternatively we offer a replacement frame specifically for the XL radiator
Fan pack: If ‘with fan pack’ is selected, this will include an integral fan pack with Spal VA13 13″ fan, removable cowl and thermostatic switch
Fitting type (O ring connection / Cone connection):
This item includes an integral oil cooler with CNC machined threaded connections. Please note that there are two types of oil cooler fittings and you need to let us know which version you require. If you are unsure, please see the images below or contact us.
Although all our radiators are available with electric fan packs, for maximum cooling, we recommend using the original viscous fan.
Allisport was fantastic about helping me select the proper fitting and correct radiator. It’s looks fabulous behind the grill. Added the silicon hoses and zero leaks on my 200tdi defender.

I purchased a radiator, large intercooler and frame from Allisport for my 1992 Defender 90 200TDI. I expected to wait some time for it to arrive as I live in the United States, however it shipped July17th and arrived July 20th.
It takes longer for me to ship something to Dallas and it’s 6 hours away. The parts arrived securely packaged and exceptionally crafted. The install went smoothly with zero leaks or issues. (side note, if anyone chooses the same combo I did you will need to slightly modify the fan shroud to accommodate the larger intercooler.) When I took it out for a test drive there was a noticeable difference in power and torque. I highly recommend Allisport and their products.
I installed the XL Allisport radiator to my 91 110 200tdi in Oct 2019. Being my daily driver in the Kenyan bush and for occasionally driving long distances, cooling was always a small issue with the standard radiator, as the temp needle often got close to the red. I considered a XL radiator for a long time and having done some research and reading reviews online, I read a whole mixed bag of reviews, some of which were very negative reviews as far as aluminum radiators go. Despite that I decided to take the leap and get an XL unit from Allisport. Honestly I would say without question its the best modification I have done to my Defender. The cooling is now reliable and efficient and has never had any overheating issues since! This is my experience and honest review. I also have the XL 200tdi Allisport defender intercooler installed. Having both the XL intercooler and radiator its an awesome combination. Thank you Allisport for making such an awesome product.

Craftsmanship is excellent. There has been a notable performance increase and the rad and intercooler look great in the engine bay. Both before and after sales service is excellent to boot.
