Description

High efficiency replacement alloy radiator for 300 Tdi, suitable for Defender, Range Rover and Discovery vehicles.

Designed and crafted at our UK workshop, hand built and fully TIG welded by hand in high grade corrosion resistant aluminium.

Lighter construction than original Land Rover item, but designed to withstand harsh environments. All pipe connections are swaged for pipe security and all our radiators are pressure tested to 30psi before dispatch .
Aluminium radiators are preliminary designed for maximum cooling rather than longevity.

Our radiators include an integral oil cooler with CNC machined threaded connections and is supplied with brass filler plug, to alloow direct replacement.
Non oil cooler versions available.

Direct replacement

Providing over 25% improved cooling using our special controlled-atmosphere-brazed cores and optimum 12 fins per inch (FPI) for maximum cooling and minimum blockage. Fits with no modifications.

With fan pack
Package includes high power 13″ waterproof Spal fan mounted to aluminium cowl to ensure even air flow and an integral two-temperature thermostatic switch.

XL
Extra Large capacity high efficiency alloy radiator, 70mm wider than standard, includes integral oil cooler.
Fits in conjunction with front mounted intercooler as the radiator uses some of the space freed up by removing original intercooler
Fits in original position using standard hoses, some small modifications required to mounting frame, alternatively we offer a replacement frame specifically for the XL radiator.
Over 40% better cooling than standard using our special controlled atmosphere brazed cores and optimum 12 fins per inch (FPI) for maximum cooling.
Please note – this radiator is 70mm wider than standard so you will need to use a front mounted intercooler

    This product is well made as expected from Allisport. The radiator itself works very well (5 stars) with OEM shroud & viscous fan. The electric fan & Allisport shroud appear not to be suitable for tropical conditions,restricting airflow.Cousing the engine too run much hotter than with OEM fan & shroud.

    I highly recommend the radiator without without the Allisport shroud for tropical Australian conditions.

    I purchased the 300tdi XL Radiator from Allisport prior to leaving on my 17 solo road trip to Baja Mexico. My 300tdi had been previously tuned and a VNT had been installed but I had been having issues with the engine overheating prior to ordering the Allisport products. I installed the XL Allisport radiator along with the Full Width Intercooler and the Radiator Frame and then went on my way to drive 4400 (US) flawless miles to all of the remote corners of Baja without any overheating issues whatsoever. I can on occasion be a difficult customer because I have worked in the product development industry for over 20 years now so I have much higher standards when it comes to quality and level of detail than the average person. The Allisport product quality is absolute perfection and their customer service is terrific. I can’t say enough good things about Andrew, his crew and the products that they make!

    I purchased this XL Radiator (with viscous fan) along with the uprated Turbo for my defender 300tdi and uprated full-sized intercooler. It has made such a great difference to the defender. The engine runs so much cooler. And there is such a huge difference.

1 Year Warranty

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it without charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.

The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, and not a third party.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. Neither are we liable for any claims for workshop time, loss of earning, vehicle storage etc

Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to AlliSport Ltd, Aubrey’s Farm, Bromesberrow Estate, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 1RZ, UK.

All shipping for warranty must be pre-paid, suitably packed and insured and accompanied by reference to the original invoice. We cannot be liable for lost or damaged in-bound packages.
