AlliSport strive to produce the highest quality products designed to withstand many years of use and we are proud to stand behind these products. However, we manufacture many products and if you make enough of anything, a limited number of problems may be expected. It is how we deal with a problem that is important!
Effective January 2016 onwards, if your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it without charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.
Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. Your AlliSport® intercooler may not survive to the ripe old age of 70.
(But we have heard from happy customers whose well-loved and cared for 1999 products are still going strong!)
For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to AlliSport Ltd, Aubrey’s Farm, Bromesberrow Estate, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 1RZ, UK, including a copy of the receipt, otherwise we require an order or invoice number to track it through our records.
All shipping for warranty must be pre-paid and insured and accompanied by reference to the original invoice. We cannot be liable for lost or damaged in-bound packages.
Not all AlliSport products are covered by the lifetime warranty, please check the warranty tab on the product detail page for further info. We will not be held liable for any costs associated with removal and refitting of a product covered by this warranty. You accept these conditions by purchasing the product.

I purchased a radiator for my Caterham K-Series from AlliSport earlier this year after causing a significant leak in my standard Caterham unit by means of a rather large hole (very big oops).
When you buy anything at all in life, what is it you look for? Personally, I want a great product, ideally good value for money and then hopefully some excellent customer service to make me feel like I’ve made a sensible choice.
I can confirm that my experience with AlliSport ticks all of those boxes.
The rad is handmade in England and can be customised to your spec (if you need a switch boss or a small take-off they can sort that). It feels like a quality product and as though someone has taken a great deal of care constructing and testing it. In comparison to the standard Caterham unit that is clearly made on a budget, it’s chalk and cheese.
Before purchasing, I did my research. There are alternatives out there, none of them however match this for quality per unit of currency.
To top it all off, Andrew diligently responded to all my emails and questions (in a far shorter timeframe than I ever managed with his) and certainly made me feel not only looked-after, but like I was his number 1 priority that day. Rare to find these days!
I have been keen to recommend their services to my fellow competitors, one of whom I know is in discussions with AlliSport for a fully tailored rad to his exact, custom spec. Like I said, they know how to make you feel looked after…
