High efficiency direct replacement radiator for Defender Tdi, V8, Td5 and Tdci converted to BMW M57 power.

Resolves the cooling issue created by using the OEM Td5 style radiator which is marginal at best
Mounts suitable for standard TD5 style intercooler, we recommend our special high capacity intercooler, part number AS64-57 with larger pipe connections to suit the BMW.
Specially designed for converted vehicles, modifications include –
35mm pipe connections, header tank bleed pipe relocated to opposite side, offset 385mm Spal fan & thermostatic switch and small EGR cooler pipes at the bottom of the OEM radiator deleted
Fits in conjunction with standard TD5 style radiator, our uprated replacement AS112 intercooler or ideally our high capacity AS64 intercooler with 57mm pipe connections to suit the BMW.
Provides over 40% more cooling capacity.
Triple pass version also available to gain further cooling
Fits to original chassis mounts and allows fitment of TD5/Tdci style intercooler
Manufactured using our special controlled atmosphere brazed cores and optimum 12 fins per inch (FPI) for maximum cooling without clogging with mud.
Modelled by Solid Works and built in our UK workshop using laser cut profiles, CNC formed end tanks and fully TIG welded by hand.
Although lighter than OEM products, AlliSport radiators are often used in harsh environments.
Our radiators are developed and used in many competitions including the Dakar Rally and World Rally Cross.
All pipe connections are swaged for pipe security and all our radiators are pressure tested to 30psi before dispatch.

Aluminium radiators are primarily designed to aid cooling as they are far more efficient than copper and brass, rather than longevity.
