High efficiency direct replacement radiator for Defenders converted to BMW M57 power.
Choose fitment for either Defender TD5 / Tdci or Defender Tdi / V8 chassis.
Resolves the cooling issue created by using the OEM Td5 style radiator which is marginal at best.
Mounts suitable for standard TD5 style intercooler, we recommend our special high capacity intercooler, part number AS112-57 with larger pipe connections to suit the BMW M57 engine. See below.
Specially designed for converted vehicles, modifications include -
35mm pipe connections, header tank bleed pipe relocated to opposite side, optional offset 385mm Spal fan & thermostatic switch and small EGR cooler pipes at the bottom of the OEM radiator deleted.
Provides over 40% more cooling capacity.
Triple pass version also available to gain further cooling.
Manufactured using our special controlled atmosphere brazed cores and optimum 12 fins per inch (FPI) for maximum cooling without clogging with mud.
Modelled by Solid Works and built in our UK workshop using laser cut profiles, CNC formed end tanks and fully TIG welded by hand.
Although lighter than OEM products, AlliSport radiators are often used in harsh environments.
Our radiators are developed and used in many competitions including the Dakar Rally and World Rally Cross.
All pipe connections are swaged for pipe security and all our radiators are pressure tested to 30psi before dispatch.
1 year warranty.
Aluminium radiators are primarily designed to aid cooling as they are far more efficient than copper and brass, rather than longevity.

This warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of original purchase. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it without charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.
The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, and not a third party.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. Neither are we liable for any claims for workshop time, loss of earning, vehicle storage etc
Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to AlliSport Ltd, Aubrey’s Farm, Bromesberrow Estate, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 1RZ, UK.
All shipping for warranty must be pre-paid, suitably packed and insured and accompanied by reference to the original invoice. We cannot be liable for lost or damaged in-bound packages.

I ordered some parts for my 2012 Defender 110 that has an M57 with many performance upgrades. of which are some great products from Allisport, I installed the radiator, intercooler, header tank with side glass and billet cap and an intake duct. all parts performed as expected and are quality finished products that you can notice.
