Description

High efficiency, direct replacement alloy radiator for Land Rover Series 2 & 2A 2.25 litre.

Authentic look but with over 35% better cooling. Available in silver or black.

Designed for simple installation with no modifications required, ideal Also available for Series 1 and 3 with and with Spal electric fan and thermostatic switch

Ideal for high output engines or extreme ambient temperatures. Constructed using our special controlled atmosphere brazed cores and optimum 12 fins per inch (FPI) for maximum cooling in all environments.

Hand built and fully TIG welded in high grade aluminium to resist corrosion.

All pipe connections are swaged for pipe security and our radiators are tested to 25 psi (far higher than release pressure of the original cap). Threads are CNC machined for accuracy and guaranteed fit.

Considerably lighter than the copper and brass original fitment, but designed to withstand the rigours of harsh environments likely to be encountered by Land Rovers.

AlliSport products are regularly developed on and used in events such as the Dakar rally.

PLEASE NOTE – All our alloy radiators are available with removable electric fan, please ask for details. We advise against the use of fans directly attached to alloy radiator cores.

Bespoke radiators also available made to order from 22mm to 100mm thickness

    Superb quality radiator, fitted perfectly first time. Auxiliary fans don’t even kick in any more as the radiator has the capacity to cool a 2.8 litre engine with no effort. The 4 row radiator I bought previously was so flimsy I could shape the hose connectors with my fingers, so if you want a properly built radiator, that will last forever, buy one of these.

1 Year Warranty

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it without charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.

The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, and not a third party.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. Neither are we liable for any claims for workshop time, loss of earning, vehicle storage etc

Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to AlliSport Ltd, Aubrey’s Farm, Bromesberrow Estate, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 1RZ, UK.

All shipping for warranty must be pre-paid, suitably packed and insured and accompanied by reference to the original invoice. We cannot be liable for lost or damaged in-bound packages.
