Description

High efficiency, direct replacement alloy radiator for Land Rover 90 and 110 fitted with 19J Turbo Diesel (pre-Tdi) engine.

Includes integral oil cooler with standard Land Rover threaded connections.
Designed for simple installation with no modifications required.

Over 35% better cooling than standard, ideal for high output engines or extreme ambient temperatures.
Constructed using our special controlled atmosphere brazed cores and optimum 12 fins per inch (FPI) for maximum cooling in all environments.

Hand built and fully TIG welded in high grade aluminium to resist corrosion.

All pipe connections are swaged for pipe security and our radiators are tested to 25 psi. Threads are CNC machined for accuracy and guaranteed fit.

Radiator can be supplied with integral fan 280mm Spal fans and two-temperature thermostatic switch, all you will need is a suitable relay and associated wiring.

Aluminium radiators are primarily designed for efficiency over longevity

Bespoke radiators also available made to order from 22mm to 100mm thickness and a wide range of threaded oil cooler and water connections.

1 Year Warranty

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it without charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.

The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, and not a third party.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. Neither are we liable for any claims for workshop time, loss of earning, vehicle storage etc

Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to AlliSport Ltd, Aubrey’s Farm, Bromesberrow Estate, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 1RZ, UK.

All shipping for warranty must be pre-paid, suitably packed and insured and accompanied by reference to the original invoice. We cannot be liable for lost or damaged in-bound packages.
