High flow performance exhaust manifold, stud kit and gasket package for all Td5 Land Rovers.

Improved gas flow reduces irregular hot spots, reduces turbo lag and eliminates manifold warping.

Ideal for tuned vehicles, also benefits standard tuning and improves throttle response.

12mm thick cast flanges for super strength.

NOTE – This is not a modified standard manifold which will warp again even once skimmed and the webs removed!

Available with ceramic coating in various colours

Kit also includes uprated exhaust manifold stud kit for TD5, designed to help eliminate studs breaking off in the cylinder head.
This is often due to manifold warping typically made apparent by a high pitched ‘squeal’ under heavy acceleration.

These studs are made with a higher grade material, are longer and are supplied with expansion spacers and new flange nuts .
The nuts should be tightened to 25nm (18lbf.ft).

    Very good quality cast manifold upgrade for my TD5. Since it’s cast, My advice to anyone getting this is to spend a little more money and have it ceramic coated to stop it going brown, prevent any potential hot spots and to keep the heat down in the engine bay.

    Great product and wonderful fitment. Only issue I’ve found in having this fitted is accessing the spinner come service time becomes a “turbo off” job as the different manifold shape prevents you from getting the spinner lid out. Still well worth it in my opinion though

    Great product , hasn’t warped even under heavy heavy loads and travelling thousands of miles in the desert and mountains at 50° celsius , only slight bummer is the rotorfilter is slightly more difficult to access .

    Manifold is a great piece of craftsmanship. Easy to fit. Did have som trouble with the lower front stud, it was impossible to use any tool to fasten the nut due to space. I ended up not using the longer stud and extra expansion spacer since there simply wasn’t room to fit it.

      Thank you for the feedback, the front lower stud can be tight. Often the studs are not quite straight in the head which can make them tighter.

    Manifold was of good quality and fixes my warping issue. However 1 stud I believe front bottom there was not enough clearance between nut & body to fit a socket. My mechanic ended up cutting a third of a socket away so he could tighten bit by bit until socket failed. I have since seen a YouTube video of a guy doing an install with same issue. Would not stop me recommending the product however.

      Thank you for the feedback, it is much appreciated. The lower front stud can be tight for sure, this is often the case if the studs in the head are not all straight, if the angles are changed slightly it can help fitting the nut.

    Fitted this kit last weekend – 15-05-21. Certainly feels as if my Discovery 2 is livelier, with less turbo lag, since fitting the manifold. I found that the lower, bottom left stud did not have much room to get a socket on, but with the air conditioning compressor removed, and if you start with that particular stud with no nuts on the other studs so the manifold is loose, it is possible to tighten the nut to torque. The hard bit then is getting the socket off the nut again, but it is doable, and the rest of the studs are easy to fit.

    All in all, very pleased with it and although it seems expensive, is worth every penny.

    Fixed this manifold into my Defender today and did a little test drive.
    What a difference to the 18 years old and the third time warped genuine LR manifold.
    Reaching 1.3 bar boost pressure much faster than before and reduced turbo lag.
    And no more sounds like a dozen geese under the bonnet – very fine.

    In some earlier reviews and You Tube videos was told that the front lower nut can’t be screwed with a socket, because there’s not enough room. But beginning with this stud (important !), pulling the manifold a little bit up during fastening and using a slim long 3/8″-socket (a long socket for better removing the socket after fastening) it worked well, even with the torque wrench.

    The room between the manifold and the cover of the centrifuge oil filter housing is also narrow and the back screw can’t be reached from straight above. But using a 1/4″ bit ratchet with an Inbus bit it worked well, too.

    I’m very happy with this manifold. It’s a masterpiece of engineering and worth every Cent.

The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, and not a third party.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. Neither are we liable for any claims for workshop time, loss of earning, vehicle storage etc

Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to AlliSport Ltd, Aubrey’s Farm, Bromesberrow Estate, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 1RZ, UK.

All shipping for warranty must be pre-paid, suitably packed and insured and accompanied by reference to the original invoice. We cannot be liable for lost or damaged in-bound packages.
