Uprated direct replacement high flow intercooler for all 200 Tdi models
Lifetime warranty!
This intercooler has been designed to replace the original smaller intercooler fitted as standard to Land Rover Defender, Discovery or Range Rover 200 Tdi models.
Fabricated using our special L.I.F.T (Louvered Internal Fin Technology) core to offer ultimate charge air cooling with 50% more surface area than the original but fits with no modifications.
Cooler charge air equals more dense, oxygen rich intake charge allowing more complete and efficient combustion.
The greater cooling capacity will allow up to 20% increase in power and torque in the lower and mid-range revs.
Combined with the correct tuning (instructions included) power will increase from 111bhp standard to 135bhp with a similar increase in torque.
Customers regularly report 10-12% gain in economy.

We use high quality controlled atmosphere brazed cores and all of our products are manufactured to British Standard!
AlliSport strive to produce the highest quality products designed to withstand many years of use and we are proud to stand behind these products. However, we manufacture many products and if you make enough of anything, a limited number of problems may be expected. It is how we deal with a problem that is important!
Effective January 2016 onwards, if your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it without charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.
Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. Your AlliSport® intercooler may not survive to the ripe old age of 70.
(But we have heard from happy customers whose well-loved and cared for 1999 products are still going strong!)
For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to AlliSport Ltd, Aubrey’s Farm, Bromesberrow Estate, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 1RZ, UK, including a copy of the receipt, otherwise we require an order or invoice number to track it through our records.
All shipping for warranty must be pre-paid and insured and accompanied by reference to the original invoice. We cannot be liable for lost or damaged in-bound packages.
Not all AlliSport products are covered by the lifetime warranty, please check the warranty tab on the product detail page for further info. We will not be held liable for any costs associated with removal and refitting of a product covered by this warranty. You accept these conditions by purchasing the product.

Bought one of these for my Defender 200 TDI. Allisport have been spot on with communication, Intercooler arrived very well packaged, it’s really nicely made, really good welding work. Installed easily and the instructions to adjust the fuel injection pump pin were easy to follow. Noticed a difference in power immediately and the unit looks great in the engine bay.

I recently bought a new Radiator frame (AS26) and a new Intercooler (AS20) for my Defender 90 200Tdi. I wanted the radiator (AS52) as well but its out of stock at present so my name is on the waiting list. The items arrived a couple of days later packed as though they going on a journey around the world (superbly packaged). The items in question are excellent, beautifully made and the craftsmanship is very visible. After fitting, even with the standard radiator, the difference was immense and the long journey to Brecon in Wales was trouble free. Its true what they say, you pay extra for quality. Excellent replacement for the original intercooler looks great too! I combined mine with the silicone hose kit as well as the VNT turbo kit makes a solid 16 psi !

Superb workmanship and very pleased with the fit and packaging and postage was spot on ! There was some very small Aluminium partials ( not much though!) inside I noticed so I phoned them and I was advised to wash it out but very pleased!

Absolutely brilliant.. after I got the fuel injector timing fixed (which gave me tons of white smoke and no tangible turbo boost at all) – all is great – the 200TDi actually pulls UP a hill in 4th… which it never did before… really worth the investment in both Turbo and Intercooler..
