Uprated high flow intercooler for Discovery 4 and Range Rover Sport 3.0 SDV6 twin-turbo.
Designed and built in house by AlliSport Ltd using our new L.I.F.T (Louvred Internal Fin Technology) high performance core for maximum heat rejection.
Supplied with our Lifetime warranty.
Our high flow 62mm thick uprated all-aluminium intercooler replaces the 40mm thick original equipment with crimped plastic end tanks.
Constructed with laser cut and CNC folded aluminium end tanks and fully TIG welded by hand in house. Pressure tested to 30psi prior to despatch.
Thermal stress is actually reduced as the EGT (or combustion temperature) is reduced and higher oxygen content improves combustion.
The increased cooling capacity creates improved throttle response and increased performance with an improvement in fuel economy and reduced cylinder head thermal stress.
We recommend ECU remapping to optimise fuelling to see best results from this intercooler upgrade. The Sdv6 ECU currently requires opening to unlock for programming but OBD mapping will eventually be available.
Our atmosphere controlled core construction, high efficiency fin design allows air to flow through to the water radiator, so coolant temperatures are not affected.

It is also worth considering a high flow air filter – we stock ITG elements which are designed to fit directly into the original housing.
AlliSport strive to produce the highest quality products designed to withstand many years of use and we are proud to stand behind these products. However, we manufacture many products and if you make enough of anything, a limited number of problems may be expected. It is how we deal with a problem that is important!
Effective January 2016 onwards, if your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it without charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.
Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. Your AlliSport® intercooler may not survive to the ripe old age of 70.
(But we have heard from happy customers whose well-loved and cared for 1999 products are still going strong!)
For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to AlliSport Ltd, Aubrey’s Farm, Bromesberrow Estate, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 1RZ, UK, including a copy of the receipt, otherwise we require an order or invoice number to track it through our records.
All shipping for warranty must be pre-paid and insured and accompanied by reference to the original invoice. We cannot be liable for lost or damaged in-bound packages.
Not all AlliSport products are covered by the lifetime warranty, please check the warranty tab on the product detail page for further info. We will not be held liable for any costs associated with removal and refitting of a product covered by this warranty. You accept these conditions by purchasing the product.
