AlliSport have recently developed our larger XL intercooler with the view to be the ultimate intercooler for 3.2 and 2.2 Tdci Ranger (2019 model onwards).
Designed and manufactured in the UK, offered with our lifetime warranty.
Carefully designed to allowing simple installation using original boost hoses and no modifications required. Suitable for all models including Wildtrak.
Our uprated intercooler introduces cooler more oxygen rich air into the engine, allowing more efficient combustion whilst reducing heat stress. Creates a safety margin for further tuning.
You can expect smoother more responsive drive with improved fuel economy. Our design is stronger than original and has been extensively tested in high boost environments.
Constructed using our special 62mm L.I.F.T (Louvred Internal Fin Technology) design for maximum heat rejection. Fabricated and TIG welded by hand in house for ultimate strength and reliability.
12 fins per inch for optimum air flow allowing unhindered passage of cooling air to the AC and water radiators.
Also available are our alloy radiator, header tank and power steering fluid reservoir.
Note we also manufacture a 50mm replacement option.
AlliSport strive to produce the highest quality products designed to withstand many years of use and we are proud to stand behind these products. However, we manufacture many products and if you make enough of anything, a limited number of problems may be expected. It is how we deal with a problem that is important!
Effective January 2016 onwards, if your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it without charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.
Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. Your AlliSport® intercooler may not survive to the ripe old age of 70.
(But we have heard from happy customers whose well-loved and cared for 1999 products are still going strong!)
For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to AlliSport Ltd, Aubrey’s Farm, Bromesberrow Estate, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 1RZ, UK, including a copy of the receipt, otherwise we require an order or invoice number to track it through our records.
All shipping for warranty must be pre-paid and insured and accompanied by reference to the original invoice. We cannot be liable for lost or damaged in-bound packages.
Not all AlliSport products are covered by the lifetime warranty, please check the warranty tab on the product detail page for further info. We will not be held liable for any costs associated with removal and refitting of a product covered by this warranty. You accept these conditions by purchasing the product.
