The intercooler is over three times larger than the standard item and yet fits into the original position in front of the radiator.
When combined with the optimised tuning, power and torque can be increased by around 35% with improved throttle response and reduced thermal stress on the engine.
Fuel economy generally improves as the engine will be running far more efficiently; requiring less gear changes and lighter throttle input.
Constructed using our high efficiency L.I.F.T (Louvred Internal Fin Technology) controlled atmosphere brazed core for maximum cooling and heat rejection.
Laser cut profiles and TIG welded by hand for strength.
Designed to fit with minimal work using supplied stainless steel brackets and does not require any modifications to the A/C system if fitted.
Thermal stress on the engine is reduced as the combustion temperature or EGT is lowered dramatically, and the cooler, denser air has a higher oxygen content allowing the fuel to be burnt more completely and efficiently.
AlliSport strive to produce the highest quality products designed to withstand many years of use and we are proud to stand behind these products. However, we manufacture many products and if you make enough of anything, a limited number of problems may be expected. It is how we deal with a problem that is important!
Effective January 2016 onwards, if your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it without charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.
Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. Your AlliSport® intercooler may not survive to the ripe old age of 70.
(But we have heard from happy customers whose well-loved and cared for 1999 products are still going strong!)
For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to AlliSport Ltd, Aubrey’s Farm, Bromesberrow Estate, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 1RZ, UK, including a copy of the receipt, otherwise we require an order or invoice number to track it through our records.
All shipping for warranty must be pre-paid and insured and accompanied by reference to the original invoice. We cannot be liable for lost or damaged in-bound packages.
Not all AlliSport products are covered by the lifetime warranty, please check the warranty tab on the product detail page for further info. We will not be held liable for any costs associated with removal and refitting of a product covered by this warranty. You accept these conditions by purchasing the product.

The Allisport intercooler is huge compared to the original, and installing it was almost plug’n play. Fuel consumption is now on average 11,2 liters pr 100km. It used to be 13 liters and above. Accelleration is better. I have not measured before and after engine temperatures, but by the way the engine responded to this upgrade, I can only conclude that a cooler running engine will make for a longer lasting engine. And with better performance, I am very happy I got hold of this IC.

I’ve just landed one of these intercoolers for my 100 series, however it doesn’t fit because of the factory fitted winch. I’m so sad! It’s a 5 star ornament!

Excellent, fast and efficient service. The intercooler was packed very well and survived the shipping without any issues. Fitting was simple and it makes full use of all of the available space in the front of the landcruiser.
