Description

An uprated high efficiency radiator designed for Defender conversions such as LS3 and LT1

Specific mounts for Td5 & Tdci chassis, please see our part number AS196 for earlier chassis

Available with Spal 16″ fan

Over 40% better cooling than standard copper and brass design, ideal for high output engines or extreme ambient temperatures.
Constructed using our special controlled atmosphere brazed cores and optimum 12 fins per inch (FPI) for maximum cooling in all environments.

Hand built and fully TIG welded in high grade aluminium to resist corrosion.

All pipe connections are swaged for pipe security and our radiators are tested to 30 psi before dispatch. CNC machined 1/2″ bsp filler plug suits original LR plug

Considerably lighter than the copper and brass original fitment, but designed to withstand the rigours of harsh environments likely to be encountered by Land Rovers.

Aluminium radiators are designed primarily for their highly efficient cooling rather than overall longevity

Bespoke radiators also available made to order from 22mm to 100mm thickness and a wide range of threaded oil cooler and water connections.

1 Year Warranty

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it without charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.

The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, and not a third party.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. Neither are we liable for any claims for workshop time, loss of earning, vehicle storage etc

Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to AlliSport Ltd, Aubrey’s Farm, Bromesberrow Estate, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 1RZ, UK.

All shipping for warranty must be pre-paid, suitably packed and insured and accompanied by reference to the original invoice. We cannot be liable for lost or damaged in-bound packages.
