The AlliSport EGR blanking kit is designed to be a direct replacement for the original valve.

• The EGR Valve is fitted directly to the inlet manifold.
• Remove the rubber inlet pipe.
• Remove the clamp securing the convoluted metal exhaust pipe to the EGR valve.
• Remove the small rubber vacuum/boost pipe from the valve.
• Remove the 4 bolts attaching the valve to the inlet manifold.
• Reverse the steps above to install the AlliSport EGR blanking kit!
