If you are having goods delivered outside of the EU then our website is set up to automatically not charge VAT on these orders. If you think you have any other reason not to pay VAT on your order then we will be pleased to help. Please choose ‘Shipping Enquiry’ on our contact form.
Customs charges in your country: –
If your delivery address is outside of the UK or EEC, you may have to pay import duties and taxes. These are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary from one country to another. For further information we recommend you contact your local customs office. International shipments may also be subject to customs inspections.
We will do our best to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. If there is going to be a delay with the order we will let you know as soon as we can and we will try and keep you updated.
We use carrier services exclusively. We use Standard services to UK and Europe and Express Saver services to rest of world. UK shipping will usually arrive next day but please allow for 2 to 3 days. If you have provided us with an email address, once your order is being prepared for shipping you should receive an email from our carrier with tracking details.
If you should wish to make a return please contact us directly. We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification.
All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address and order reference number and reason for return. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.
Please advise our Customer Service Department of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 5 days of receipt. Unfortunately, beyond this time, we may be unable to process your claim.
