EGR Blanking Kit for Range Rover P38 & BMW 2.5 TD
The EGR Valve is fitted directly to the inlet manifold.
The AlliSport EGR blanking kit is designed to be a direct replacement for the original valve.
Fitting Guide
- Remove the plastic cover under the air intake pipe to allow better access.
- Undo the Intercooler pipe.
- Remove the 2 bolts securing the metal exhaust pipe to the EGR valve.
- Remove the 4 bolts attaching the valve to the inlet manifold.
- Remove the small rubber vacuum/boost pipe from the valve.
- Reverse the steps above to install the AlliSport EGR blanking kit!
