AS80 – AlliSport heater matrix

The complete heater box with fan will require removing from the vehicle and dissembling to access and remove the original matrix.

The box is mostly riveted together so make sure you have the correct size drill and replacement rivets to hand.

As the uprated matrix is slightly larger, the securing plates will require modifying.

The plates need to be opened up so they fit over the matrix tanks You can see the original plates in the image top left.

The complete box can be reassembled and refitted to the vehicle.

We recommend a system flush before final filling with correct concentration of anti freeze.
