Description

High efficiency replacement alloy radiator for Defender V8 models.

This XL model uses are special 86mm thick core (our standard is 66mm)

May require some modifications to your mounts to install this high capacity radiator

Available in aluminium or powder coated black.

Over 45% better cooling than standard using our special controlled atmosphere brazed cores and optimum 12 fins per inch (FPI) for maximum cooling.

Hand built and fully TIG welded at our Herefordshire workshops with high grade aluminium to resist corrosion.

Substantially lighter than standard item, but designed to withstand the rigours of harsh environments likely to be encountered by Land Rovers.

AlliSport products are regularly developed and used in events such as the Dakar rally.

Also available with one or two integral oil coolers if required

All pipe connections are swaged for pipe security and all our radiators are tested up to 30psi (roughly twice what the car pressure system runs).

Aluminium radiators are designed primarily for efficiency over longevity

1 Year Warranty

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it without charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.

The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, and not a third party.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. Neither are we liable for any claims for workshop time, loss of earning, vehicle storage etc

Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to AlliSport Ltd, Aubrey’s Farm, Bromesberrow Estate, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 1RZ, UK.

All shipping for warranty must be pre-paid, suitably packed and insured and accompanied by reference to the original invoice. We cannot be liable for lost or damaged in-bound packages.
