Description

High efficiency, direct replacement alloy radiator for Land Rover Series 3.

This is our XL version where we use a 66mm thick cooling core instead of our uprated replacement 50mm
The extra cooling is ideal for powerful engine conversions

Authentic look but with over twice the cooling capacity cooling. Available in silver or black.

Ideal for converted or high output engines or extreme ambient temperatures. Constructed using our special controlled atmosphere brazed cores and optimum 12 fins per inch (FPI) for maximum cooling in all environments.

Includes bayonet cap and drain plug as per original

Designed for simple installation with no modifications required.

Also available with Spal fan and V8 pipe connections and XL option. Also 6 cylinder configuration

Hand built and fully TIG welded in high grade aluminium to resist corrosion and pressure tested before dispatch.

All pipe connections are swaged for pipe security and our radiators are tested to 30 psi
Threads and hose connections are swaged and are CNC machined for accuracy and guaranteed fit.

Bespoke radiators also available made to order from 22mm to 100mm thickness and a wide range of threaded oil cooler and water connections.

1 Year Warranty

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it without charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.

The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, and not a third party.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. Neither are we liable for any claims for workshop time, loss of earning, vehicle storage etc

Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to AlliSport Ltd, Aubrey’s Farm, Bromesberrow Estate, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 1RZ, UK.

All shipping for warranty must be pre-paid, suitably packed and insured and accompanied by reference to the original invoice. We cannot be liable for lost or damaged in-bound packages.
